General Terms & Conditions
Upon booking with myself you agree to the below terms and conditions:
1. Bookings
To secure your booking, a $50pp non-refundable deposit is required. The fee is deducted from the total cost of the booking. Your booking time is not secure until a booking fee has been received, and no appointments will be held without a booking fee.
2. Group bookings
Group bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by myself before booking. Please consider and confirm your numbers carefully at the time of booking, as I may not offer reductions to your invoice. If a member of your group cancels, you are welcome to replace them with somebody else. If a member of your group is late, a delayed fee of $50 for every 30 minutes will incur & I will try and do as much as possible in the remaining time allocated. Additional services may be booked after the initial deposit is paid depending on availability.
3. Before your appointment
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. For all hair appointments please come with your hair freshly washed the day prior & blow dried smooth. Hair must not be wet or damp to ensure ample use of your appointment time.
4. Payment
Final payment can be made either prior to your booking or on the day via bank transfer, PayPal, PayID or with cash. I also offer ‘tap to pay’ post service which is available to those with iPhones & an Apple Wallet. All prices are non-negotiable and are subject to change at any time.
5. Sunday & Public Holiday Rates
A surcharge will be added to your invoice for all appointments made on Sundays & Public Holidays.
6. Special Requests
Please communicate any special requests or preferences before booking so I can try and accommodate where possible. Note, not all special requests will be fulfilled.
7. Mobile Services
Mobile Services are not always available and will be confirmed upon enquiring.
For travel within 10KM from my address a flat rate of $50 (mobile fee + travel) will be charged.
For travel over 10KM from my address a flat fee of $30 will be applied to your booking plus the additional travel and or parking fees.
Travel Fees - Travel within a 10KM radius from my address (Miranda 2228) is packaged as a standard rate of $50 (Mobile fee + travel). Locations more than a 10KM radius from my address will be charged at a rate of $1 per 1km of total travel.
Parking Fees - You are required to cover the parking fees for myself where applicable. This includes hotel parking, meter parking and venue parking. I should be able to park in the closest available spot to your getting-ready location, as I will be carrying a significant amount of equipment.
Location Requirements - A clean work area with a table as well as ample lighting (natural or artificial) is necessary for services to be performed properly. Smoking & vaping is not prohibited in the working environment at all times due to health & safety reasons.
Damage - Any damage to my (or my assistant’s where applicable) kit by yourself or others in your group booking will be covered by yourself.
8. Home Studio Bookings
All makeup bookings made via my booking system will be held at my home studio in Miranda unless otherwise stated. Please do not bring a plus one unless previously confirmed by myself, as space is limited. If possible, please ensure you are not early as my appointments are usually back-to-back & I need time to tidy & reset. There is ample street parking however please leave enough time to find a spot as the street can get busy.
Plus ones - Please do not bring additional people to your service unless this is previously confirmed by me. Space is limited & there is no waiting area.
9. Sable Salon & Spa (Select Saturday Appointments)
Please refer to Sable Salon & Spa’s terms and conditions. Please note, that all deposits made via Sable Salon & Spa are non-refundable & can only be transferred to another appointment booking. At this time, only makeup appointments with myself can be booked at Sable & not both makeup and hair services. Hair services must be booked directly with the Salon.
*Not all of my Saturday bookings are held at Sable so please contact me if you are not seeing your preferred spot available.
10. Satisfaction
Services will be completed to your satisfaction & ample time is given for my signature natural glam before booking. Verbal agreement is thereby confirming that you are happy with the services performed. If you are unhappy with the makeup provided, you must raise your concern so it can be rectified and must not make any amendments yourself.
11. Allergies & Sensitivities (Liability)
All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and hygienic. Any skin conditions and/or allergies should be reported to myself prior to application or in the comments section of your booking. By booking an appointment you are releasing myself from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions that are not previously disclosed.
12. Skin Treatments & Tanning
Avoid skin treatments such as dermaplaning, peels or skin needling for at least two weeks prior to your appointment. If self or spray tanning, please ensure only a light layer is done from your neck upwards.
13. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations - You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your slot without charge. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours may result in full payment of your service. All bookings fees are strictly non-refundable or non-transferable regardless of the reason given. The booking fee is to cover administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking.
Artist Cancellations - In the unlikely event that I am unable to perform the service due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond my control, I will endeavor to find a replacement or move your appointment to an agreed slot. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed. You will receive a full refund of the money paid including your prepaid deposit.
Lateness - If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your allocated time may be reduced or altogether cancelled with the full cost of the service still required.
14. Use Of Images
It is imperative that I continue to update my portfolio and demonstrate my work to future clients. I may take photographs or content before, during or after your appointment unless otherwise specified by yourself. If you have not specified then you agree to me using your imagery for promotional purposes such as on social media, my website or other marketing materials.
15. Respect
Please treat myself and my home with respect as you would any other professional service. In the event that this is not followed, I have the right to stop the service at any time.

These terms and conditions may be modified or updated at any time. Please regularly review this page to stay informed of the latest version so you are aware of any amendments.
By booking a service with myself, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
*Please note that if you are booking wedding day services with myself, you will receive a separate contract that must be signed before proceeding with securing your wedding date. This contract differs from the T&Cs mentioned above.
